My Approach
Everyone needs some help from time to time, and that's okay. Whether you desire healing from past events or you're stuck deciding which direction to take, I would love to come and walk beside you and be there with you. You are the expert on your life, but sometimes having a supportive partner in exploring your life can help.
My approach is a holistic, one that focuses on your mental, physical, and spiritual health. As a Christian, I pray that all will be able to live in freedom. I provide a safe place to share your hurts and to heal.My passion is to see everyone live their best lives possible and realize their own self-worth. I work with people from all walks of life that see me for a variety of reasons. I specialize in treatment of anxiety, depression and ADHD. I draw from mindfulness, solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapies to help you in whatever brings you to counseling.I believe all people are capable of change and growth, with the right support and encouragement. I'll be there to challenge and empower you to overcome growth barriers and also be there to rejoice in your successes. I'm honored to be that collaborative partner and I invite you to reach out and take that first step towards wholeness in your life.
